Terms & Conditions of Support packages

1. Each support package has a maximum number of hours per month included in the price see table below:
a. 1-10 computer users – 2 hours per month
b. 11-20 computer users – 3 hours per month
c. 21-30 computer users – 4 hours per month
d. 31-40 computer users – 5 hours per month

2.  Hours cannot be carried forward to later months

3. If you require more work than the contracted hours these will be charged at $145 per hour inc GST on 
a 7 day payment invoice

4. Support response times are based upon a working week Monday through Friday 0900 to 1700

5. Payment – 3 months deposit then 9 monthly installments

6. Termination of agreement – either after 12 months or by either party giving 3 months written notice 
(This can be via email) 

7. No Hardware is covered on the maintenance

8. If hardware replacements or enhancements are required we will be able to advise what is required and will offer 
a written quotation for supply
