In the early days, Section Technologies was a small team of just three individuals, toiling tirelessly to assist clients, manage incoming tickets, and simultaneously build their brand, systems, and processes. Their dedication paid off, and as they moved from their garage to their first office space in Boronia, the company began to gain momentum.
Key to the company’s enduring success, according to Natalie, has been their unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, transparency, and expert knowledge. These values have earned them a loyal clientele and a reputation for reliability that has become synonymous with Section Technologies.
In a groundbreaking move, in August 2022, Section Technologies proudly announced the launch of their new parent company – Section Group and their three new sister companies – Section Communications, Section Media and Section Hosting.
This strategic expansion, with a current group size of 13 team members, allows them to offer expert advice tailored to meet the diverse needs of their customers, providing the best quality IT and digital solutions all under one roof.
Today, Section Technologies can be found in Croydon South, boasting a total of seven dedicated team members with an eye on further expanding their team. Natalie and Will are excited about the company’s future and have ambitious plans for growth, development, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining five-star customer service.
